Order Processing Times & Charges:

Orders that are placed from Mon-Fri before 3:00pm Eastern Time, will most likely ship within 24-48 hours. We are closed on weekends. Shipping charges vary by destination country, weight, value, & size. Orders being shipped Internationally or outside the continental U.S.A. must select the corresponding shipping method when checking out. The exact charges are calculated online BEFORE you are completed with your order. Please be sure to select the correct shipping method to avoid delays or cancellation of your order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of your order.

Alterations/Cancellations:

Orders begin processing immediately (including after hours). Therefore any alterations or cancellations may not be accepted after your order submission. Shipping charges are not refundable for cancelled or refused orders.

We strive to ship all orders immediately. We therefore cannot accept any back-orders.

Returns/Warranty Policy:

As an authorized dealer, every product sold on the 17photo.com site is brand new and includes the full U.S.A. manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. 17th Street Photo Supply, Inc. offers an exclusive money-back guarantee for its products. The return/exchange guarantee period is 7-days from receipt.

No returns will be accepted on film, opened batteries, opened memory cards or opened memory card readers. All returns require a return authorization number from 17th Street Photo. Please EMAIL us at :info@17photo.com. for an authorization number. It is always the customer's responsibility to send any exchanges/returns back to us freight prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping refunds for delayed carrier delivery are subject to the terms of the carrier.

All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package.  We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
All shortage claims must be made to us within 7 days of placing your order. 17th Street Photo will not be held responsible for claims made after 7 days.

International Orders:

International customers are welcome. If you wish to have your order shipped outside the US or pay with a credit card of a non-US bank, you will need to select "International Billing" in the checkout page. PreCharge Risk Management Solutions will process all international orders placed online. They are an independent insurance company that verifies customer's identity to prevent fraud. PreCharge Risk Management Solutions is the sole agent of international orders at 17th Street Photo. Orders are approved or denied by PreCharge Risk Management Solutions only. Their decision is final.
Orders being shipped internationally must select the corresponding international shipping method when checking out. Typical delivery time for international shipments is 4-7 days. Our international default carriers are FedEx Worldwide Service & UPS Worldwide Service Occasionally, when Fedex & UPS rates are too high (e.g. to South Africa) we may at our discretion choose to ship with Global Express Mail. 17th Street Photo reserves the right to refuse shipping an oversized package internationally.

International Duties, Taxes & Fees International customers are responsible for all custom charges, including taxes, duties, brokerage fees or handling charges. Your local FedEx or UPS office should be able to help with these charges.
